Denise Phillips is one of Britain’s leading Jewish chefs. Trained with Prue Leith, she has written seven popular cookbooks and run a cookery school for over 20 years. Passionate about traditional Jewish cuisine with a modern twist, Denise shares her expertise through books, newspaper columns, and masterclasses, creating innovative recipes that blend heritage and contemporary flavours.

She also founded Date On A Plate, a successful cookery programme for singles that combines cooking, networking, and socialising.
